High-quality Christian education requires educators who demonstrate both professional competence and authentic Christian formation. Every teacher in the Programme must satisfy requirements in both.

Two Requirements, Every Teacher
Requirement 1
Professional Teaching Competence — ACSI Global Core Standards
Participation in the Programme does not replace any teacher qualification, licensing, or employment requirement established by national, provincial, or local educational authorities. Schools remain responsible for ensuring educators meet all applicable governmental requirements. Evidence may include recognised national teaching licences, certifications, professional credentials, ACSI Teacher Certification pathways, or other ACSI-approved preparation routes.

Requirement 2
Christian Educator Development — Authentic Christian Educator Model
All teachers must complete training in the Authentic Christian Educator Model. Schools may document completion through Programme-approved training modules, or regional workshops, school-based training programmes.
Professional Development Expectations
Schools are responsible for providing and documenting appropriate professional learning opportunities that support continuous educator growth and programme quality. These experiences may include professional learning activities, biblical worldview integration training, subject-area learning, reflective practice, and peer collaboration.
Schools may request approval for alternative teacher preparation pathways when they can demonstrate equivalent outcomes. Requests must include a description of the alternative pathway, evidence of alignment with ACSI Global Core Standards, evidence of Authentic Christian Educator outcomes, and supporting documentation. Final approval rests with Sevenstar Academy.

Schools Must Maintain Records Showing Each Teacher Has
